We are currently looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers (RSW) and Senior Support Workers (SSW) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating positive outcomes for children.

The Role

Residential Support Worker (RSW):

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children
  • Build positive, trusting relationships
  • Support routines, education, and activities
  • Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Senior Support Worker (SSW):

  • Lead shifts and support the wider team
  • Ensure care plans are implemented effectively
  • Mentor and guide junior staff
  • Contribute to care planning and risk assessments
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and compliance
